Account and data deletion

Delete your MemoNudge data

Users can delete cloud-stored MemoNudge sync data at any time from inside the app. This can be done without deleting local device data or the MemoNudge account.

How To Delete Cloud Data

Open MemoNudge, go to Settings > Privacy, choose Delete cloud data, confirm your Google identity, type the confirmation phrase, and choose whether to delete cloud data only or delete cloud data and unlink Google.

Support Fallback

If you cannot access the app, send an email to support@memonudge.com from the email address connected to your MemoNudge account. Use the subject line: Data deletion request.

Partial Data Deletion

The in-app flow deletes the current synced cloud dataset. If you need category-specific deletion or account-level help, contact support.

What We Delete

What May Remain

Some limited records may be retained temporarily if required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or backup recovery. We will not use retained records for ordinary app functionality after deletion is completed.

Local Data

The in-app cloud deletion flow does not delete local device data. Data stored only on your device can be removed by deleting it inside the app, clearing app storage, or uninstalling MemoNudge.

Processing Time

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days.
