Reminder Accuracy
MemoNudge helps users create and manage reminders. Users are responsible for checking that reminder details, timing, dosage information, and notification settings are correct.
Notification Reliability
MemoNudge schedules reminders through Android's alarm and notification services, so whether a reminder arrives on time depends on the device. Battery optimisation, Do Not Disturb, exact alarm permissions and — for reminders set to take over the screen — Android's full-screen alarm permission can each delay, silence or suppress a notification, and some manufacturers restrict background apps further. The app includes reliability checks under Reminders settings that show which of these permissions are granted and how to change them. Even with everything granted, we cannot guarantee delivery on every device or in every configuration, and MemoNudge should not be relied on as the only safeguard for anything critical.

Premium Subscription
MemoNudge Core Edition is free to use. Premium features are offered as an auto-renewing subscription sold and billed by Google Play, not by MemoNudge. The price, currency, and billing period shown at purchase apply. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, until it is cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions; cancelling stops future renewals and keeps premium available until the end of the period already paid for. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Google under Google Play's terms, and refund requests are made to Google.
Google Play Promotion Codes
We may issue Google Play promotion codes giving a free trial period on the premium subscription. These codes are created and validated by Google, and the following applies to them:
- Eligibility may be restricted. A custom promotion code can only be redeemed by users who have not previously subscribed; a one-time code has no such restriction. The offer we publish with a code states which applies.
- A code is redeemed inside the MemoNudge app while starting the subscription, not on the Google Play Store's own redeem page. Custom codes cannot be redeemed there at all.
- Google requires a valid payment method to start the subscription, even while the trial period is free.
- When the free period ends, the subscription continues automatically as a paid subscription at the normal price unless it is cancelled before then.
- Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged, resold, or transferred, and are void where prohibited. A promotion runs between the start and end dates we set, and a code cannot be redeemed after the promotion ends.
- Redemption is also subject to Google Play's terms.
MemoNudge Unlock Codes
Separately from Google Play, we may issue MemoNudge unlock codes that grant premium features directly, either permanently or for a stated period. These are not subscriptions: nothing is charged, no payment method is required, and a time-limited unlock simply ends on its expiry date without renewing. Unlock codes are entered in the app under Settings, are case-sensitive, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, resold, or transferred. Each code may have a limit on how many times it can be redeemed, and we may withdraw or deactivate a code that is shared publicly, used in breach of these terms, or issued in error.
Accounts
Optional account features may be used for sign-in, sync, and future dashboard functionality. Users are responsible for keeping their account secure.
Privacy
How we collect, use, and retain personal data — including reminder content, diary entries, and any health-related information you choose to enter — is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You can request deletion of your data at any time; see Data Deletion.
Liability
MemoNudge is provided as a support tool and is used at your own discretion. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for gross negligence or intent, or under mandatory product liability rules. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the app changes. The current version is always published on this page with the effective date shown at the top. If a change materially affects your rights or what you pay, we will give notice in the app before it takes effect, and continuing to use MemoNudge after that date means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, you can stop using the app and cancel any subscription in Google Play.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or EEA, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer rules of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
