MemoNudge helps users manage reminders, routines, diary notes, and optional calendar-aware reminder planning. This policy explains what data we collect, why we use it, and how users can contact us.
Data We May Collect
- Account information, such as email address, user ID, and sign-in provider, when account features are used.
- Reminder information entered by the user, such as reminder names, schedules, dosage units, notes, statuses, and history.
- Diary entries and other content the user chooses to save.
- Optional calendar event information when the user enables read-only calendar lookup.
- Technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the app.
How We Use Data
- To provide reminders, alarm screens, history, diary, and calendar views.
- To sync user data when account/cloud features are enabled.
- To provide optional calendar-aware suggestions and scheduling context.
- To maintain app security, reliability, and support.
Google Calendar
Calendar access is optional. If enabled, MemoNudge requests read-only access to calendar events using Google Calendar permissions. MemoNudge does not request access to Gmail or email contents and does not create, edit, or delete calendar events.
Sharing
We do not sell user data. We may use trusted service providers, including Google Firebase and Google APIs, to provide authentication, hosting, database, and calendar functionality.
Security
User data transmitted between the app and our service providers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS where supported by those services.
